Tuition fees in Russia are relatively more affordable compared to many countries. Having high positions in global rankings and offering increasing educational quality at lower prices make Russian universities one of the best options for students who want to pursue their higher education abroad.
The monthly budget for a student residing in a dormitory and having an ordinary lifestyle is around 250 – 300 USD. While it may vary depending on the individual, the living cost estimated by the Russian Government is lower than the mentioned figure above.
It would be a mistake to assume monthly expense is under 300 USD for students who come from big cities and have special social preferences. Considering the quality of education in Russia, university fees, and monthly living costs, it can be said that studying at a Russian University is one of the best options in the world for a student.

Adding or dropping any items from the package is not possible. The temporary residence permit for an international student must be issued by dormitory officials. That’s why in order to get a residence permit and health insurance staying in a university dormitory is mandatory. International students are requested by the university to pay an extra fee of 90 USD (6500 Rubles) in the second semester of their pre-university course. This fee is paid to the tuition fee of the state research institution in Moscow which investigates whether students’ diplomas are genuine. And this fee isn’t included in the package. The dormitories included in the package are the dormitories of state universities. Because of that, our students should not have high expectations for dormitories. In some university dormitories, the students of Sky Education and its partner agencies are given the privilege to have specific rooms. On the other hand, in some university dormitories, we do not have a chance to select rooms as in those dormitories placements are made by dormitory managers. Visa applications for all of our students coming to Russia must be done through the Russian Consulate specified by students at the stage of invitation application. Payments are made on an installment plan. Pre-payment, which is 500 USD, must be paid to Sky Education and its partner agencies. After having the admission letter and the legalization of enrollment, half of the remaining fee must be paid in Turkey as the second installment. Students pay the third and final installment which is the remaining 50% package fee when they receive their visa. 100% of the fee shall be refunded in case of any problems that fall under our responsibility as it is stated in the contract. Please be aware that no refund will be done if the student gives up after the signature of the contract and the fee payment. Please make sure before you register.
